This silver coin struck by the New Zealand Mint is the third issue of the "Winnie the Pooh" series. The motive in color shows the moment when Christopher Robin attempts to pull his friend Winnie the Pooh out of Rabbit's house. He had eaten too much honey and got stuck in the entrance to the rabbit hole. The reverse of the coin shows the portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the year of issue 2021 and the inscriptions "ELIZABETH II", "NIUE" and "TWO DOLLARS". The original "Pooh Bear" was already created in the 1920s. At that time it was a literary figure by the author Alan Alexander Milne, which later served as a model for the Disney™ adaptations. Since then, Winnie the Pooh and his friends Piglet, Tigger and Co. have been especially popular with children. The limited silver coin in proof quality is delivered in the original box including a certificate of authenticity from the New Zealand Mint.
