This impressive coin was struck by the Royal Canadian Mint from 93,31 gram of 99.99% pure silver in the extraordinary shape of a diamond. In addition, the coin has been set with a 0.20 carat Forevermark™ Black Label Diamond which also served as the inspiration for the coin's shape. This magnificent release is the second diamond-shaped coin minted by the Royal Canadian Mint. Just like its 2020 predecessor, this coin depicts a "diamond within a diamond" - an absolute highlight for any collector.
The classic round shape of the diamond radiates timeless elegance and symbolizes everlasting love and loyalty. In addition to the diamond, the design also includes the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II, the denomination "50 DOLLARS", the year of issue 2021 and the inscription "CANADA". Canada is among the world's leading diamond producers - and this Forevermark™ diamond is one of the last diamonds from the Victor Mine in Northern Ontario, which closed in 2019. The mintage is strictly limited to just 700 pieces worldwide. The exceptional coin is delivered in the original box including a numbered certificate of authenticity from the Royal Canadian Mint.
