The Kangaroo is one of the most popular representatives of the Australian animal kingdom and one of the most famous landmarks of the Australian continent. This Australian Kangaroo gold bullion coin was minted by the Perth Mint from a 1/2 ounce 99.99% pure gold with a mintage of 100,000 pieces worldwide. The 2025 motive presents two adult kangaroos. In the foreground, the first kangaroo lies relaxed on the ground, while the second kangaroo hops happily through the landscape in the background. The motive also features the inscription “KANGAROO” and the Mintmark “P”, which refers to the Mint Perth Mint. Details of the year of issue, weight and fineness complete the design. The reverse shows the Dan Thorne portrait of King Charles III and the denomination. The gold bullion coin is delivered in a protective capsule.
