The Kangaroo is one of the most popular representatives of the Australian animal kingdom and one of the most famous landmarks of the Australian continent. This Australian Kangaroo gold bullion coin was minted by the Perth Mint from a 1/4 ounce 99.99% pure gold with a mintage of 150,000 worldwide. The 2023 design features an adult kangaroo looking over its shoulder. A eucalyptus tree and grass trees can be seen in the background. The design also includes the Perth Mint's traditional mint mark "P" as well as details of the year of issue, weight and fineness. The reverse features the Jody Clark portrait of Queen Elizabeth II, supplemented with the dates of her reign, and the denomination. The gold bullion coin is delivered in a protective capsule.
