This gold bullion coin is the second issue from the Australian Nugget series of the Perth Mint. The coin was struck from one ounce of 99.99% pure gold in uncirculated quality and celebrates the discovery of the "Hand of Faith" nugget on September 26, 1980 in the state of Victoria. This nugget is one of the largest gold nuggets ever found. It is currently owned and displayed at "The Golden Nugget" Casino in Las Vegas. The nugget is depicted on the motive of the coin and is framed by the inscriptions "AUSTRALIAN NUGGET", "HAND OF FAITH 1980" and "2020 1oz 9999 GOLD". The reverse features the Jody Clark portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the denomination. The limited gold bullion coin is delivered in a coin capsule.
