The fourth issue of the Nautical Ounce series is dedicated to the Mayflower, one of the most famous historic ships in the world. The Mayflower was a British sailing ship which brought the first settlers, the so-called "Pilgrim Fathers", from England to the New World (America) in 1620. The ship is a cultural icon in the history of the United States and celebrates its 400th anniversary in 2020. The motive of the gold coin in uncirculated quality features a picture of the Mayflower on the high seas and a compass in the background. The design is framed by the inscriptions "NAUTICAL OUNCE", "2020", "1 oz FINE GOLD 999" and "Mayflower". The reverse of the strictly limited gold bullion coin shows the coat of arms of Rwanda and the denomination. The coin is delivered in the original box including a certificate of authenticity.
