This gold coin features the kangaroo, one of Australia's most famous landmarks. The coin was struck by the Perth Mint from a 1/4 ounce 99.99% pure gold in proof quality. The design shows a full-grown kangaroo - in the background there is a kangaroo cub. To the left and right of the two kangaroos there are two Australian grass trees. The inscriptions "AUSTRALIAN KANGAROO" and "1/4 Oz 9999 Gold" as well as the year of issue "2020" are also included in the coin design. The reverse of the coin features the Jody Clark effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the denomination. The strictly limited kangaroo gold proof coin is delivered in the original box including a certificate of authenticity from the Perth Mint.
