The kangaroo is without a doubt one of the most popular representatives of the Australian wildlife. The 2019 motive of the Australian Kangaroo High Relief gold coin features a kangaroo crouching in front of a rural landscape in the Australian Outback. The design also includes the inscriptions "AUSTRALIAN KANGAROO", "2019 1oz 9999 GOLD" and the traditional mintmark "P" of the Perth Mint. Each coin was struck by the Perth Mint from 1 ounce of 99.99% pure gold and is strictly limited to only 500 pieces worldwide. The Jody Clark effigy of Queen Elizabeth II and the monetary denomination are depicted on the coin´s obverse. The gold coin is delivered in the original wooden box including a numbered certificate from the Perth Mint.
