In the foreground, the first kangaroo lies relaxed on the ground, while the second kangaroo hops happily through the landscape in the background. The motive also features the inscription “KANGAROO” and the Mintmark “P”, which refers to the Mint Perth Mint. Details of the year of issue, weight and fineness complete the design. The reverse shows the Dan Thorne portrait of King Charles III and the denomination.
