The 2025 issue of the Australian Lunar Series III of the Perth Mint is dedicated to the Year of the Snake. The snake is the sixth animal in the Chinese zodiac calendar. The sixth issue of the 12-year Lunar III Series features a detailed depiction of a snake winding elegantly between bamboo stalks. The design also includes the Chinese character for "Snake", the inscription "SNAKE 2025" and the Perth Mint's mintmark "P". The reverse shows the portrait of King Charles III as well as the denomination and the fineness. The mintage is limited to only 188 pieces worldwide.
