Limited to only 175 sets worldwide, both gold coins are perfectly presented in a classy wooden box. The two impressive coins were struck 2018 from the Royal Canadian Mint in the highest level of purity for a gold coin. Both gold coins feature the same image, a wealth of finely engraved details that give the maple leaves a life-like appearance. Designed by Nathalie Lagacé three different sizes of maple leaves are naturally positioned along the branches, like a botanical illustration. On one of the two coins, the large leaf is further enhanced by a selective application of platinum plating that provides contrast next to the gold. The obverse features the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. by Susanna Blunt.
