The impressive bird has a wingspan of up to 2.7 meters and a long, wedge-shaped tail and feathered legs. He is one of the largest eagles in the world. The motive of the coin shows a wedge-tailed eagle looking down on a chick. Above them is a male bird with his magnificent wings fully outstretched. The design, by John M.
