The fourth issue in the Australia's Most Dangerous Series from the Royal Australian Mint is dedicated to the most poisonous animal in the world - the Australian Box Jellyfish. Notorious for its highly poisonous stinging apparatus, the box jellyfish (Cubozoa) is commonly found in the waters of Queensland, on the Pacific coast of northern Australia. It particularly prefers areas near the coast that do not extend further than five meters into the deep. The sting by a box jellyfish is extremely painful for humans and other animals and can lead to serious injuries or even death. The motive of the coin features an entire group of Australian box jellyfish in the water. Also included in the design is the inscription "AUSTRALIAN BOX JELLYFISH" as well as the coin's fineness and weight. The reverse features the Jody Clark portrait of Queen Elizabeth II, the denomination "1 DOLLAR" and the inscriptions "ELIZABETH II" and "AUSTRALIA 2023". The limited silver bullion coin in uncirculated quality is delivered in a protective capsule.
INFO: If you order 10 coins, the coins will be delivered in the original roll.
