The Royal Australian Mint's premium bullion coin celebrates the “King of the Outback” and one of Australia's most famous landmarks - the kangaroo. The coin is struck from one ounce of 99.9% silver with a brilliant uncirculated finish and features two kangaroos in their natural pose and vitality. The stylized background includes abstract depictions of native trees and textured ground elements. This combination of realism and stylization creates a balanced composition that highlights the kangaroos while showcasing the natural beauty of their habitat. Also included in the design is the inscription “1 oz .999 Ag”. The reverse features the portrait of King Charles III, along with the inscription “1 DOLLAR” and the country of issue “AUSTRALIA” and the year of issue “2024”.
