They are the main actors in the "Jurassic Park™", an adventure park on the fictitious island of 'Isla Nublar'. The dinosaurs get completely out of control during the course of the film and the situation turns into a nightmare. The novels of Michael Crichton served as the model for the successful Jurassic Park™ film series. The motive of the coin features the iconic logo for the film - the skeleton of a Tyrannosaurus Rex and the distinctive "JURASSIC PARK" lettering. The reverse shows the Ian Rank Broadley portrait of Queen Elizabeth II and the inscriptions "ELIZABETH II" and "NIUE" as well as the year of issue and the denomination.
