It is the fourth release in the DC Comics™ Series featuring the famous characters of the DC universe. The motive features a depiction of The Flash™ in his iconic superhero suit while running superhumanly fast through the streets of his hometown Central City. The inscription "FLASH" is also included in the design. The reverse shows the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II and the inscriptions "5 DOLLARS", "SAMOA 2023" and "1 oz Ag 999".

One incarnation of The Flash™ is Barry Allen, who developed his supernatural powers after being struck by lightning in a laboratory accident.
