This silver coin officially licensed by DC COMICS™ was issued in honor of the 1989 Batman™ movie and replicates the iconic Batarang™, the iconic bat-shaped throwing weapon of the superhero. Struck from one ounce of 99.9% silver in uncirculated quality, the uniquely shaped coin was given the shape of the Batarang™. The reverse shows the coat of arms of Samoa as well as the weight and fineness, the year of issue, the denomination and the copyright.
