On the occasion of the 60th anniversary of James Bond, the Perth Mint has issued this premium silver bullion coin struck from one ounce of 99.99% pure silver. The motive features the typical Bond 007 gun logo, which is arranged in multiple versions around the emblem designed in color for the anniversary, "60 Years of Bond". The reverse shows the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II as well as the denomination, the fineness, the weight and the year of issue.

The successful Bond series began in 1962 with the film "Dr. No™". At that time, Sean Connery embodied the Secret Service Agent. In the following 60 years, 24 more action-packed adventures based on the works of Ian Fleming were filmed. A total of six actors took on the role of the MI6 agent.
