The motive in color depicts a representation of the first automobile invented by Carl Benz, together with the year of the patent registration "1886". The bottom edge of the coin features the year of issue "2023" while the inscription "LIBERTY" lines the top edge of the coin. The reverse features the American bald eagle with an oak branch in its talons. Framing the eagle design are the words "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA," "ONE DOLLAR - 1OZ. FINE SILVER".
