After the success of the "Kangaroo at Sunset" and "Kangaroo at Dawn" coins, the Royal Australian Mint dedicates another issue to the "King of the Outback" - the kangaroo. The design of the coin, minted from 1/2 ounce of 99.9% silver, features a lone kangaroo jumping. The marsupial's unique movement is depicted in elaborate loops and arcs that impressively reflect the power and elegance of this animal's gait. The reverse presents the Jody Clark portrait of Queen Elizabeth II, as well as the inscriptions "ELIZABETH II", "AUSTRALIA 2022" and "1 DOLLAR".
