The Swan 2022 is the sixth release in the successful Swan Series of the Australian Perth Mint. The coin in proof quality was struck from one ounce of 99.99% silver. The motive features two swans gracefully floating on the surface of the water. The design includes the inscription "The 1 OZ 9999 Australian Silver Swan" and the Perth Mint's traditional mint mark "P". The reverse shows the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II and the inscription "Elizabeth II".

The swan appears in both the Perth Mint logo and on the flag of Western Australia, highlighting the iconic nature of the majestic waterfowl. Swans are often a symbol of love and fidelity due to their long-lasting monogamous relationships.
