The impressive 1 kilo silver coin is dedicated to Australia's largest bird of prey, the Wedge-Tailed Eagle. This extraordinary release is The Perth Mint’s first 1 kilo silver incused coin. The mintage is limited to only 250 pieces worldwide. The motive features the sixth Wedge-Tailed Eagle design of the famous engraver John M. Mercanti. It depicts a swooping Wedge-Tailed Eagle with a snake in its talons. In addition, the inscriptions "AUSTRALIAN WEDGE-TAILED EAGLE", "2021 1 KILO 9999 SILVER" and the traditional Mintmark "P" of the Perth Mint are included in the design. The reverse shows the effigy of Queen Elizabeth II and the denomination. The limited 1 kilo Wedge-Tailed Eagle Incused High Relief silver coin is delivered in the original box including a numbered certificate of authenticity from the Perth Mint.
