This Dragon 2019 - Rectangular Coin was struck by the Perth Mint from one ounce of silver and features a Chinese dragon in a unique rectangular format. In Chinese culture, the dragon is revered as a divine mythical creature, a symbol of power, strength, wealth, and good fortune, and it is often portrayed alongside a luminous or flaming pearl. Dragons are also believed to be the rulers of water and weather. The Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the name 'ELIZABETH II', the weight and the fineness '1oz 9999 Ag', the monetary denomination '1 DOLLAR' and the year-date '2019' are depicted on the obverse. The limited silver proof coin is presented in a floating frame, allowing both sides of the coin to be displayed. Accompanied by a numbered certificate, the coin is packaged within a themed shipper.
