The inscriptions "CANADA", "DOLLAR", "1945 - 2020" and a big "V" are also included in the coin design. The reverse shows an effigy of King George VI., the reigning monarch in 1945. The V-E Day silver proof coin is delivered in the original box including a certificate of authenticity from the Royal Canadian Mint.
