The Historical Monuments series is dedicated to unique buildings and presents them in an artistic manner. The fourth issue is dedicated to the world-famous Taj Mahal, a magnificent mausoleum whose construction was completed in 1648 in Agra, India. Struck from two ounces of 99.99% pure silver in Antique Finish, the motive presents a highly detailed depiction of the Taj Mahal. The Double-sided Ultra High Relief creates a special effect which makes the building appear very three-dimensional and as if it seems to protrude from the coin.
