The second issue of the series "Industrial Magnates" is dedicated to Ettore Bugatti, the founder of the eponymous automobile company which celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2009. The motive of the silver coin shows a portrait of Ettore Bugatti, the year of issue and the official "Bugatti" logo. The reverse shows two different views of an automobile as well as the denomination, the occasion of issue "100e ANNIVERSAIRE" and the dates "1909" (the founding year) and "2009".

Bugatti, who was technically very adept and distinguished himself by his high standards, is considered an important pioneer in the automobile industry. The sports cars manufactured by Bugatti were among the most luxurious models of their time, while the racing cars enjoyed extraordinary success in competitions and races. The limited commemorative coin is delivered in the original box including a certificate of authenticity.
