The fifth release in the FRIENDS™ Chibi Coin Series is dedicated to Chandler Bing™. The coin was struck by the New Zealand Mint from one ounce of 99.9% silver in proof quality. The special feature of this coin is its special shape in "Chibi Art" style. Chibi figures are characterized by their disproportionately large head and a relatively small body, which strongly belittles the depicted characters. The unusual Chibi shape makes this silver coin a highlight for every FRIENDS™ fan and coin collector.

Chandler Muriel Bing™ is one of the main characters from the successful US sitcom "FRIENDS™", which aired from 1994 to 2004. In the course of the series, Chandler Bing, portrayed by Matthew Perry, marries chef Monica Geller after initially keeping their relationship secret. Chandler's parents maintained a very open approach to the subject of sexuality, causing Chandler to suffer trauma. His relationship with women was also marked by great insecurities. The coin faithfully recreates Chandler Bing, emphasizing his hairstyle and distinctive style of dress. The reverse shows the Ian Rank-Broadley portrait of Queen Elizabeth II as well as the denomination and year of issue. The mintage is strictly limited to only 2,000 pieces worldwide.
