The second issue of the new Street Fighter™ - Chibi Series is dedicated to Ken Masters™. The coin was struck by the New Zealand Mint from one ounce of 99.9% silver in proof quality. The special feature of this coin is its special shape in "Chibi Art" style. Chibi figures are characterized by their disproportionately large head and a relatively small body. This strongly belittles the depicted characters. The unusual Chibi shape makes this silver coin a highlight for every Street Fighter™ fan and coin collector. The reverse shows the Ian Rank-Broadley portrait of Queen Elizabeth II as well as the denomination and year of issue. The mintage is limited to only 2,000 pieces worldwide. Ken Masters™ is the friend and fighting partner of the experienced martial artist Ryu™ in the classic video game "Street Fighter™". He is depicted barefoot and wearing his signature clothing - a red karate gi and brown martial arts gloves. His blond dyed hair and characteristic black eyebrows were also included. Street Fighter™ is a 1987 arcade game by Capcom and the company's first competitive fighting game.
