To celebrate this special anniversary, the New Zealand Mint has issued this rectangular silver coin titled 100 Years of Wonder. Struck from one ounce of 99.9% silver in proof quality, the motive features the shadowy silhouettes of the six most famous classic Disney™ characters - Donald™, Goofy™, Daisy™, Minnie™, Mickey™ and Pluto™. The iconic Disney™ logo is located above the characters and is displayed in iridescent colors. The words "100 Years of Wonder" complete the design. The reverse features the Niue coat of arms as well as the denomination, year of issue, copyright, and weight and fineness of the coin. The mintage of the silver proof coin celebrating the 100th Anniversary of Disney is limited to 10,000 pieces worldwide. The coin is delivered in the original box including a certificate of authenticity from the New Zealand Mint.
