The rectangular coin was struck from two ounces of 99.9% silver in proof quality and features an image of the cover of the sixth book entitled "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince". The reverse shows the official Niue coat of arms as well as the year of issue "2025", the denomination "THREE DOLLARS", the copyright and the individual numbering of the coin.
