The officially licensed silver coin replicates one of the most famous battles scenes from the STAR WARS™ saga - the Duel on Mustafar. Struck by the New Zealand Mint from three ounces of 99.9% silver in proof quality, the motive is partially finished in color. Thereby adding a particular dramatic effect to the scene from the film "Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith". The motive depicts Anakin Skywalker™ and Obi-Wan Kenobi™ in the foreground during their final lightsaber™ battle. They are surrounded by the volcanic, in color designed landscape of the planet Mustafar. The design is framed by colored images of the blockbuster's main characters: Anakin Skywalker™, Obi-Wan Kenobi™, Padme Amidala™ and Emperor Palpatine™. Also included in the design is the official copyright, as well as the fineness and weight of the coin. The reverse features the Ian Rank-Broadley portrait of Queen Elizabeth II as well as the year of issue "2022" and the denomination "TEN DOLLARS".

In the final scenes of the third episode of the STAR WARS™ saga, the Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi™ tries to turn his former Padawan Anakin Skywalker™ from the dark side. The latter, however, can no longer be dissuaded from his path to the dark force. After he had previously injured his wife Padmé Amidala in a life-threatening incident, the Jedi Master and his former Padawan engage in a fierce battle on the planet of Mustafa. Surrounded by lava flows and a volcanic landscape, Obi-Wan defeats his former friend in a brutal battle and leaves the planet, believing he has killed Anakin. However, Anakin outlasts his severe injuries and becomes a cyborg as a result of Emperor Palpatine's™ instructions. From now on, the former Jedi is now known as Darth Vader™, leader of the Galactic Empire.
