The South African Mint dedicates the third issue in the popular Big Five Series to the Rhino. South Africa is justifiably proud of its extraordinary wildlife. The animals known as "Big Five" - Elephant - Lion - Buffalo - Rhino - Leopard - are landmarks and ambassadors of this culturally rich country. After the success of the first two issues the South African Mint is now presenting the third edition, the Rhino, as a Double Capsule Set. The unique set contains twice the third edition, each coin minted of one ounce of silver in proof quality. The motive of the silver coins features the impressive portrait of a rhino. Also included in the design are the inscriptions "South Africa", "Big Five 2020" and South Africa’s national coat-of-arms. Both reverse feature two halves of a rhino portrait. Two of these coins placed next to each other merge the picture into one complete rhinos' head. If you place several of these coins next to each other, you can see a whole herd of rhinos. The strictly limited Big Five Rhino coin set of 2 ounces of silver in proof quality is presented in a double coin capsule and a noble wooden box. The wooden tray with the two coins can be removed and turned around, so that it is possible to present both sides of the coin. Also included is a certificate of authenticity from the South African Mint.
