The "Ghostbusters - Slimer" is the second edition of the "Ghostbusters" coin series. Released in 1984, Ghostbusters™ is an American supernatural comedy film that follows the story of three doctors working in the Paranormal Studies Department of Columbia University in New York. The coin shows Slimer being pulled into a ghost trap as he appeared in Ghostbusters. Slimer was the first ghost captured by the Ghostbusters. Slimer was made up of ectoplasm and lived on the twelfth floor of the Sedgewick Hotel. The coin is presented in a black and green themed display case featuring the words ‘WHO YA GONNA CALL?’ on the outside of the case, within a themed shipper, it is accompanied by a numbered Certificate of Authenticity.
