The silver coin is dedicated to the James Bond movie - GoldenEye™. James Bond™ is a fictional British Secret Service Agent - also known as 007™. He first appeared on the screen in 1962 with the film "Dr. No™". Almost 60 years later, the adventures of James Bond™ still entertain the audiences around the world. The coin was struck from a 1/2 ounce of 99.99% pure silver and is limited to only 12,007 pieces worldwide. The motive in color features Pierce Brosnan as James Bond in a black suit and with a drawn gun. An explosion is indicated in the background. The design is completed by the iconic Bond 007 gun logo, a stylized gun barrel with blue accents and the movie title. The reverse depicts the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II as well as the denomination, fineness and year of issue. GoldenEye™ is the seventeenth James Bond film adaptation from 1995 that also brought some innovations to the 007 universe. In addition to the new James Bond actor Pierce Brosnan, Bond's boss M was embodied by a woman for the first time. It is also the first time that Bond goes on a mission without the Cold War.
