He first appeared on the screen in 1962 with the film "Dr. No™". Almost 60 years later, the adventures of James Bond™ still entertain the audiences around the world. The motive features the legendary scene in which James Bond™ is pursued on skis by Blofeld's henchmen. The design is completed by the iconic Bond 007 gun logo, a stylized gun barrel and the movie title. The reverse depicts the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II as well as the denomination, fineness and year of issue. On Her Majesty's Secret Service™ is the sixth James Bond film adaptation, released in 1969. Like its five predecessors, On Her Majesty's Secret Service™ is based on the novel by author Ian Fleming. In the film, 007™ is embodied for the first and only time by George Lazenby. The plot begins with James Bond preventing the attractive Tracy Draco from committing suicide. Her father, the leader of a crime syndicate, is impressed by Bond and proposes marriage to his daughter. In return, he offers clues to the capture of Bond's archenemy Ernst Stavro Blofeld. Bond agrees and falls in love with Tracy. When it turns out that Blofeld is threatening the world with a deadly virus, Bond is tasked with stopping this project.
