The silver coin is dedicated to the James Bond movie - The Living Daylights™. James Bond™ is a fictional British Secret Service Agent - also known as 007™. He first appeared on the screen in 1962 with the film "Dr. No™". Almost 60 years later, the adventures of James Bond™ still entertain the audiences around the world. The coin was struck from a 1/2 ounce of 99.99% pure silver and is limited to only 12,007 pieces worldwide. The motive in color features the original image of the movie poster with leading actor Timothy Dalton. The design is completed by the iconic Bond 007 gun logo, a stylized gun barrel with blue accents and the movie title. The reverse depicts the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II as well as the denomination, fineness and year of issue. The Living Daylights™ is the fifteenth James Bond film adaptation from 1987. Based on the short story of the same name by Ian Fleming, 007 helps KGB General Georgi Koskov escape to London. However, after the latter is able to pass on valuable information to MI6 in London, he disappears. During the investigation, Bond comes across a trail that leads him not only to Koskov but also to the KGB's criminal arms and opium business.
