This officially licensed Disney™ 1oz collectible silver coin is dedicated to Pluto™. The medium-sized, orange cartoon dog with black ears was created in 1930 at Walt Disney Productions™. Pluto™ is Mickey Mouse's pet and not anthropomorphic unlike most other characters. In 1937 the dog became his own series. This silver proof coin illustrates a gleeful Pluto™ sitting on a colorful pedestal, which is placed on top of an engraved ticket stub featuring his name. The coin also includes geometric patterning, in keeping with the Carnival theme. Pluto™ is the fifth and final release in the lively Mickey & Friends Carnival coin series. Presented in a high-quality wooden coin case, the Pluto™ silver coin comes with certificate within an eyecatching Disney™ themed outer packaging.
