The STAR WARS™ Premium Bullion Coin - Darth Vader™ was struck from one ounce of 99.99% pure gold by the New Zealand Mint. The motive shows the Sith Lord™ in a fighting stance with his deadly lightsaber in hand. To the left is his distinctive silhouette, engraved with his name. The design also includes the copyright of Lucasfilm™ Ltd., the fineness and weight of the coin. The reverse of the coin features the Ian Rank-Broadley portrait of Queen Elizabeth II and the inscriptions "ELIZABETH II", "NIUE", "250 DOLLARS" and "2022".
