This bullion coin Year of the Rat is the first issue in the new Lunar Series and was struck from one ounce of silver by the Royal Australian Mint. The rat is the first of 12 animals in the Chinese zodiac calender. The motive features a rat surrounded by auspicious lychee and the Chinese character for "rat". The reverse features the lunar calendar wheel, with the rat at the top of the wheel, and the Jody-Clark effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. - The limited Premium Silver Bullion coin is delivered in a capsule.
