This set consisting of three Euro gold coins is dedicated to the 150th anniversary of founding of Pirelli, the probably most famous Italian car tire manufacturer. The three coins in the set depict different designs and are inspired by the success story of the company. The motive of the first coin is based on the "Pneu PIRELLI" advertisement by Stanley Charles Roowy from 1914. The second gold coin features the 1957 "PIRELLI-CINTURATO belt for your safety" advertisement by Riccardo Manzi. The third euro coin shows a depiction of the famous Pirelli tire with a stylized car. Surrounding all three designs are the inscription "REPUBBLICA ITALIANA" and the year dates "1872-2022". The reverse is identical on all coins and portrays the first Pirelli factory in Milan from the founding year of 1872. Also included in the design is the inscription "150° ANNIVERSARIO" and the denomination "20 EURO". The three commemorative coins included in the set from Italy are delivered in the original box. As a special highlight for every Pirelli fan, the box was designed in the shape of a tire.
