This stunning sixth release shows the Battle of Marathon, 490 BC. The limited silver coin with antique finish features a colored illustration of Athenian General Miltiades. He stands against an antique, engraved background showing Greek and Persian troops engaged in close quarters combat. Coin and certificate are encased in the black velvet interior of an antique-looking timber box. The themed outer box features an illustration of the battle imposed over an antiqued paper texture.
