This 2 Euro commemorative coin in uncirculated quality is dedicated to the Finno-Ugric peoples. The design for the motive is by artists Al Paldrok and Madis Põldsaar and is based on the cave drawings of Lake Äänisjärv. It shows a hunter, a moose, a water bird and the sun. These symbols represent the circle of life of the Finno-Ugric peoples - the water bird is highlighted as a central element, referring to the designation of the Finno-Ugric peoples as "peoples of the water bird". The commemorative coin from Estonia is delivered in a blistercard.
